Vumatel- The worse Fibre network in South AFrica. Abolutely bad.
Truly truly disgusted with the total lack of Service. They Cannot deliver what they promise. I am paying for a 1000MB line. It has NEVER reached above 376MB. The average is 26MB. No communication of the status of the fault ticket. If you check the status. you see it is closed without anything being done about the problem being solved. Yet these people have the cahones to increase your pricing and yet they cannot deliver the basics. This to me is a clear BREACH of CONTRACT.
MY rating is -100. They are worse ******* that the CancER. Stay away from them and WEbafrica.
