*****sters of note! How the hell do you guys deduct money from an account that is not listed for billing? It is so ********* of you guys to deduct on a card that is not listed as a billing option. Then y'all tell me this "Okay unfortunately I will not be able to do that i.e process a refund for that. What I can do though, is escalate this query with our Support Team tomorrow morning. May you kindly revisit our Live Chat platform tomorrow morning so we may have this escalated for you?" But why bill a card that is not on the list?

Bad service must be a company culture for you hey, I got the same service on chat where I had to explain the samething over and over again but still no assistance.
