VUMATEL the new Telkom

Basically I just want everybody to understand the horrible service we received from VUMATEL???! I can’t explain my anger I have for them ! My fibre has been down since last night! An vumatel says they have received my complaint and have logged a call with the engineer however they cannot tell me who this engineer is an when he will call!!! All they say is wait!!! ***!! WAIT???? VUMATEL is the new Telkom. I can’t wait for competition because I willl cancel with vuma
