Vumatel terrible service, unacceptable, **** promises

I filed a complaint here on Saturday and Vumatels response two minutes ago is "we tried to make contact but you are not reachable..." when my phone has been on and no such contact has been made. Please rather resolve the issue than make false comments on hellopeter
