Vumatel terrible service

Worst experience of customer service ever. Waited 3 weeks for installation. Then they mess it up and 10 days later we still have no internet. You cannot call them. I eventually drove to their office in Sandton where they promised to sort it out. 3 days later nothing more has happened. They are the only fibre providers in our area. Absolutely disgusting
