Vumatel Terrible Service

The service is the pits , logged a complain on the 13th of April to date I have not received any assistance, I literally have to call in everyday to follow up and all call centre agents tell me the same thing that the query has been escalated 3 years later still no feedback regarding the escalation. If you can't service your clients then simply don't do business with them as it is frustrating to pay for a service you can't utilize.
