Vumatel - Terrible network provider!

An internet provider I wouldn’t rush at getting connected with. We have had our fibre installed last week Thursday got the router on Tuesday this week plugged it all in and nothing was activated, we then tried to be in contact with Vumatel to activate the line and still to this day we have had no luck on our side, just to have the service light switched on. The numbers we have tried contacting is never picked up and this is starting to get annoying as we are trying to work from home and can’t do so without a proper network line.. please could someone address this matter ASAP..
