Vumatel terrible customer service

There's been an outage in Johannesburg for two days and there has been zero communication as to when the problem will be fixed, not even an estimate. How does one run a services business and can't even make simple communication with its customers? Absolutely disgusted by the service. If my area had Openserve I'd switch to them. I never had an issue with I was with Openserve but Vumatel has been problems after problems ever since I moved to them. I cannot wait to move from where I currently live to get away from this company.
