VUMATEL TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Don't even know where to start how bad terrible horrible disgusting is Vumatel customer service is 😡😡😡😡🤮i paid for router to be installed last month Oct the agent I got used a wrong address and Actived someone else router now he's not helping me he's saying I must go to that address and ask for my money back 😡😡I don't how many many many times I've emailed Vumatel they said I must contact my service provider I didn't that with no help from them either it's like I'm talking to a computer I really need my refund since I'm not getting helped VUMATEL PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE 😡😡
