Vumatel terminated services without warning and wouldnt respond to my emails

Vumatel terminated my services at an Air bnb without any reason. Between them and Vodacom they need to restore my services as it has been 10 days now.

Vodacom has responded saying a consultant will contact me but when exactly because its almost 24 hours without a call from the consultant? In the interim i cannot sit and wait. Vodacom consultant needs to speak to Vumatel as my checks confirm that the service terminated by Vumatel have not been restored. Rooter works normally with any other WIFI
