Vumatel Telkom (Wendy Majola) Worst Service Ever!

A lady called WENDY MAJOLA, a supposed “senior associate” from SMBS Sales Support, according to her email signature (may be ****), with an email address *** called me out of nowhere offering me Vumatrl Fibre.

I thought her story and forwarded my identification, bank statements and proof of residence. After providing her with all the above, the lady (suspected *****ster) disappeared with my sensitive personal information. All I have is her email address and no other contact details, including customer care. She has now turned into a ghost who’s legitimacy and cannot verify!

This Vumatel does not have a contact number or any way to lodge a complaint or verify these *****sters!

I’m afraid that I may be grossly compromised and my identity and hard earned money is in the hands of a syndicate!

I’ll advise anyone not to fall for these phone calls and give sensitive info to strangers! This is either gross incompetence or *****, either way, I’m sickened and having the most frightening and worst experience ever! I regret trusting this Vumatel or Telkom nonsense!
