VUMATEL & TELKOM IS THE WORST IDEA!

Took a contract through Vumatel & Telkom only for both parties to mess up my installation process. Then after 1 month of waiting, i get connected on the wrong speed and Telkom won't fix it. 3 months later, I call Telkom & they closed my case WITHOUT activating me on the right speed r contract BUT they send me a hefty bill for something I never received. Vumatel has also been of no help in this process and I strongly suggest that Vumatel refrains from working with Telkom who is basically messing up everything that is promised to a customer.
