Vumatel & Telkom customer service sucks
Between Vumatel and Telkom the only thing that is happening is the Blame game. While I sit and my service does not work. A brand new installation worked for 2 days out of the 7 days and we are still offline.

Your monitoring might show it is up, but on my side, it is still not working.
Getting 0.34 Mbps on a 100 Mbps Line.
And if you are wondering, Telkom has also not done anything to resolve the issue either.
