Vumatel Technicians pathetic

I have been without fibre for almost a month. the first week when i logged the call i got an sms saying they would be at my house at 8.30 the next morning the technicians came took photo and left saying they would call me. 3 weeks later 19 telephone calls later requesting update on when they are coming to repair and having to deal with the logged calls being closed by vumatel, the technicians lying and saying they called no one answered , they were at the house hooting no one opened up so they left. today 4 phone calls and last call just before 3pm then im told its still early the technicians will still get to me today. Vumatel service is pathetic and for the most part non existent. I have a camera by my gate and can prove that they were not at my house anytime after the first visit.
