Vumatel Technicians Abandoning their Duties + Irresponsible Management

Despite being dispatched over 12 times now, Vumatel technicians have not arrived at my premises at the stipulated time. They call, pretend they can't hear and don't service clients after 4pm.

Despite me escalating this issue multiple times with management, even through Hello Peter, management has refused to respond. The issue is still left unresolved for a month now. They are just fine with leaving a client with no connection as long as they have a fat deposit in their banks accounts.

Vumatel management are you just as *********** as your staff?; because if you were competent, you would not let a customer slip through the cracks for so long.
