Vumatel Technician attacks client.

I was attacked today by installation technicians after requesting them not to damage my grass as they locate the fibre box.

The technician was picking up stones. Attacking me verbally and also approaching me wanting to beat me. Swearing, name calling as well as hitting my phone with the door.

I am completely shattered by the experience and scared to say the least. As a first time client first impression lasts.

VUMATEL needs to take responsibility for their field workers because they are the ones who interact with clients. At no point are customers supposed to feel threatened in their own homes.

I would like to get this as further as possible and know what measures will be taken to resolve this.
