Vumatel tech in Paarl - Great!!!!

I've received great service from the Vumatel team in Northern Paarl. I am battling to let my service provider understand for a week that I have a problem and that I am sure I know what it is. As soon as they escalate it to Vumatel, the techies get notified and they are here in two hours. Both times it was a physical issue with the line (one was cut of in the street by Municipality) but their reaction times were great. Juan and his colleague is the stand out people. Thanks
