Vumatel Taking Their Sweet Time!!
I've logged a call on Tuesday for a faulty ONT and have not received any feedback as yet. I urgently need it replaced as I make my money from home and without internet, I am unable to earn an income. I need it resolved before COB today!

10 Dec 2022, 14:36I expect someone to come to my place today. Its taken nearly a full work week to just get a response from Vumatel. There was apparently a technician here, but didn't bother to see if I was available and of course I stepped out and he decided to just leave. I need this resolved TODAY!!!!
