Vumatel taking their sweet time
I have been waiting over a month for my fibre router to be installed. We have fibre in our complex yet Vumatel said they are waiting for the POP installation and there is no ETA regarding this? I then asked for a follow up and no one has gotten back to me. My husband and I are practically dependent on our internet and need it urgently. What’s the hold up?

18 Jun 2018, 20:24I have still not received any communication regarding my fibre. I am sitting on month two now. This is ridiculous. This has occurred due to Vumatel’s mistakes. When is this going to be resolved???
