Vumatel takes pleasure in messing with our lives

My connectivity has been off since Sunday. I logged a call with Cell C and was told vumatel is doing maintenance. For the whole week !!! Then I keep getting asked if my connection is up and a technician will be sent. Nothing. No technician. No connectivity. This can't be it. Planned maintenance yet it was not communicated and no one seems to know when it will be resolved. And vumatel responds with lies on X saying they've responded to me provsrely which they have not !!! This is highly frustrating and even worse it now a weekend and month end and no resolution.
