Vumatel suspended my line without my knowledge

My fibre line got suspended without me knowing and supersonic is failing to get is resolved , its been full 3 weeks now without internet. The whole December I did not have internet. Supersonic says its Vumatel that must release my line. Now I have been calling Supersonic every day and they keep on blaming vumatel
