Vumatel support shocking
Shocking service, or NO service at all from Vumatel support. I emailed support on the 1st of November to inform them the boundry box on my wall is open and the wires exposed. After many follow up’s from my side, no one bothers to respond or take my call. An email bounces back to say the ticket is no longer valid. So the box has been sellotaped.
