Vumatel Support Nightmare service

Dealing with Vumatel Support continues to be one of the most excruciating experiences ever. Teams do not work together - I have had to continuously retell my problem to team members who simply blame each other (in my case the first team that laid the cable let it exposed and more than twice the exposed cable has been broken by accident due to it being exposed). From the time that my fibre was installed, service has been appalling. Instead of fixing the fibre problem the maintenance team takes short cuts and has left me with temporary solutions which only last for a while. There is no sense of urgency. I have simply been tossed from one employee to the next since Friday 23 March 2018.
