Vumatel Supersonic fibre are *******
Finally received a call from there manager,manager has no way of talking on the phone,now they saying that its my fault that I should make payment at easy pay pick and pay or boxer supermarket,they are *****,they refuse to send me recordings as it is my fault,when I was contacted the call centre agent she mention any easy pay ,no my proof is the recording which yourll dont want to provide, im ****ed off and yourll can take my R400 and shove it bunch of *****s,

24 May 2021, 20:46How am I gonna get an order number if there's no assistance from your call centre,your manager told I must go to checkers to get a refund,checkers cannot assist as the money os already on vumatels account give me back my money as yourll are bunch of *******
