Vumatel Supersonic

this network provider along with their ISP are a bunch of ****mers, paid twice for wifi connection and still my wifi is suspended. there is no way to get hold of the people at vumatel as the number they provide does not even work. when trying to get hold of the ISP you wait almost a whole hour for an agent to assist and yet they are just so hopeless. have been trying to get assistance for a whole week and nobody seems to know what to do.
