Vumatel sucks

We had our water meter ****** on Sunday night. In the process the ********s broke the cord of the fibre at the box outside our property. It's now Thursday and we have no response from vumatel even tho we logged the fault on Monday. Vumatel is the most *********** provider. They will ***** your money. It's such a headache dealing with vumatel. The only time you know the quality of your provider, is the time like these. When you have an issue that needs to be resolved. I can tell you vumatel is disgusting.
