Vumatel sucks

So Vumatel doesn’t have a technician in Mosselbay. So on Friday night 23:00 our internet went of. Phoned Vox on Saturday morning, problem wasn’t on their side. Tried to reach Vumatel; no use as they don’t have a customer complaint line. Eventually the estate manager got hold of someone. This was now after Syncrosec spend the whole week in the estate checking the lines. Finally Sunday 11:00 a VTS technician comes out. The line is apparently brittle, wasn’t picked up by Syncrosec the whole of the previous week. So VTS spends whole of Monday repairing the line. We got home on 16:00. No internet. Oops, they missed something. So the manager we spoke to said they have 72 hours. Well there is no way in hell that this will be repaired in 72 hours. But don’t worry, you can’t complain as they don’t have a complaint line
