Vumatel sucks!

I hate that vumatel is a vender from vox. Vox telekom is still fine, but vumatel is pathetic. The service is poor, the network is poor, the coverage is poor, the functionality is poor.... There's nothing good about vumatel. I've had no WiFi since 8am today. It's now 7pm. My entire household work from home and we need a well-functioning WiFi service in order to get paid at the end of the month. When I spoke to a support agent today, they stated that they logged a ticket and that's all they could do, and that I could expect my line to be restored within 72 hours! How disgusting is that? Since starting with vumatel in November last year (I moved premises and was forced to move from vox to vumatel), I haven't had a single month where I haven't had an issue with my line.

If I pay even R50 less, my line is cut immediately. Yet, when I'm paying constantly there's no guarantees that I'll actually have full service for what I'm paying!! Now, I've had to spend hundreds of rands on buying data to use the hot-spot from my phone! How can I be paying for a fibre line (almost R1000 a month), and yet I have to spend over and above this for data.

How is this fair? I want my money to be refunded for the data I've now had to purchase on top of paying for my monthly premium.

I will NEVER RECOMMEND VUMATEL TO ANYONE! THEY ARE LIKE ESKOM!
