Vumatel sucks!!!!!!

On Wednesday 23rd december guys came out to install my router,no problem but just as they were about to leave I was advise that the line is of and that I need to log a fault with my service provider which is afrihost(just as useless) to follow up with Vumatel.After several messages, after providing them with my SNN number i was advised today that they are waiting on the SNN number and that’s why they can’t provide me with any feedback now because of their incompetence o have to wait up to 72 workin good hours.

I don’t even know why I’m waisting my time here as people are waiting for months

If this is not resolved by the end of this week please come get your router and cables off from my wall and reimburse me immediately I refuse to pay for something that is not beneficial for me
