Vumatel Sucks

Seven days ago our fibre cables were vandalised, seven days ago calls were logged by various service providers and closed on the same day, but seven days later and still no wi-fi. Vumatel knows they have the monopoly in the fibre game and could not care less about their clients, they only care about the bottom line (money). Extremely frustrating, this is unacceptable and you can’t even get answers out of Vumatel, because they do not have a call centre.
