Vumatel sucks!!!

Every month I'm having network issues with this service provider. They tell you to go on the WhatsApp line to get help after the auto response you don't get helped and they get back to u after 8hours....Like really now why do you give such horrible service and then they still the nerve to tell you they can't refund when you have no network...You guys seriously need to fix your problems to struggle like this every month is not good
