Vumatel SUCKS!!!!!!
After several complaints on hellopeter and after numerous attempts to get my internet connected, it’s still not up and running. I’ve never experienced such pathetic service in my life. Please close my account, I will go to another service provider who values their customers. To anyone who is even considering going with Vumatel, please save yourselves the trouble. You will just end up frustrated, the suck!!!!

I contacted my ISP and was told on their side it is cancelled; they are only waiting for Vumatel to cancel the line from their side. So, who is lying here? All I want is my line to be cancelled PLEASE so I can sign up with another service provider. Is that too much to ask, Jesus Christ!!!!!!!!!
