VUMATEL SUCKS!!!

So it seems that the service with Vumatel has gone from bad to worse. They did installation in my unit on 26/06 and they told me it would take 3-5 working days to provision the line. A call was logged with them and I was assured that it was being attended to. I called on the 03/07 to follow-up and was told that the issue has been escalated and I would get feedback. When I called back today 09/07, they told me that my ticket was closed and they rejected my order!!!! They are absolutely and utterly useless. A piece of advice to all consumers DON"T USE VUMATEL!!!
