Vumatel Sucks

I am sitting without internet since the line was installed in the past 3 days. I was called yesterday that a technician was coming to check the issue but no one came. one of their agents then called me today lying that the network was down in my whole area, why my neighbors connections are fine. you guys are just terrible & when we call some of your guys have no clue how the case is progressing.
