Vumatel Suck

On the 19th of November the guys from vumatel come to install my fibre line. The line was installed but thats it. I am still waiting for the line to be activated. The guys who installed the line said i will get a call later that day to active it, still waiting and its the 10 of december already. I have called the call centre just to be told we cant help you. Uhmm *** !!!, The guys from cool ideas are trying their best to assist me but they are also getting the middle finger from Vumatel. I will never recommend this provider to anyone. They outsource their work to a company called PPI which suck. the guys didnt even bother to lay the cable properly under the ground, after they left i had to lay the cable under the ground. the trunking on the wall has been done poorly as i have most of the cable exposed.
