Vumatel struggles

Worst experience ever. Ive been with Vumatel for years i recently moved and relocated my Fibre, all of the sudden my internet stopped working. Logged a call with afrihost was advised that Vumatel disconnected my line due to the fact they cant find my address. There has been fibre internet at this property for the past 4 years minimum. Ive logged numerous calls with afrihost to no avail as they say its with Vumatel. I have paid yet no internet due to this for the past few weeks. Who can i contact?
