Vumatel struggles

We have had fiber installed, and we are now struggling to get the object number, one should think they will assist if you call them but instead sends you on a wild goose chase to try and get a number that they can simply assist a person with over the phone. We have tried the shop vumatel route to no avail, send emails I am so annoyed
