Vumatel stay clear

I have been struggling with Vumatel now for 5 days.Between getting my address wrong to not showing up for scheduled appointments and many phone calls later and still no service.I find there service as non-existent and just simply terrible.One of their call centre personnel tried to explain it as one old system and one new system and an awfully long backlog!Should any of this be my problem,unfortunately it is.I am disgusted
