VUMATEL STALLING RESPONSIBILITY !
Vumatel keeps stalling or ignoring my requests to repair our Business Park driveway and parking. I have logged thus complaint with HP middle November, then they requested "private communication", this is the redult:
Good day
Why are you stalling or ignoring my request to repair our Business Park driveway and parking?
I have send you the photos you requested twice because you claimed that you couldn't open the photos in the first email, I have send you our physical address as you requested, but you have not acknowledged it, not once have you been in contact with me directly or indicated what steps you are are taking to resolve this issue.
Our paving is deteriorating on a dialy basis, today we found that the bricks around the manhole are now coming out and the trench is getting deeper, especially after the rain because the dugup sections were never properly compacted and repaired.
I insist that a manager calls me directly and very soon.

05 Dec 2023, 14:52One again I don't receive a phone call but an emai, Vuma hides behind their "Social Email Agent " *** - Faceless and Nameless. So apparently my request has been escalated, that was thi morning, it's now close to 3pm and still no contact. This company must be taken to task for how they treat the public.
