Vumatel staff slower than dail up internet

Upgraded my line with Telkom to fibre via vumatel, service was great from Telkom got my router delivered in 2days, however vumatel is so hard to deal with, been trying to get them out to install the line, call the call centre you get a different story every time or the call gets dropped on you or you would be told someone will call you and nothing ever happens, finally managed to get a date for the 1st November 2018, they never came , called the call centre they says there's no record of this... I mean really vumatel is a company that offers super fast internet to the public with staff that are slower than dial up internet

Maybe I will try smoke signals...
