Vumatel speedy turn around

Gutter guys clipped our fibre line to the complex. Wirulink submitted the ticket (great job there too) on my behalf although everyone was affected. Vumatel sent out a rescue team who have given us a temporary connection and they say they will come tomorrow to do the proper connection. Well done for sorting this so fast! Some of us are remote workers so this line is our lively hood. This is a good example of how support should work.
