Vumatel so called heroes of Fibre

Vumatel has recently added fibre to our complex. I have logged a call on the 12/06 and have been following up ever since. Vumatel so called heroes can not say when someone will be in contact. If we had a choice they would not be our service provider. Disappointed and disgusted in the customer service received. Disgruntled customer.
