Vumatel slower than a snail. Disgusted.

Beyond frustrated with Vumatel. Took them a MONTH to schedule a fibre installation at my residence (after my account was debited very promptly). Installation day arrived and they came at the wrong time, not at the booked time. Major inconvenience to then have someone else go to my residence to let them complete the installation as I had other meetings at that time. The installation happened on 8/4/21, I was told within 24 hours the line would be activated. It’s now the 13/4/21 AND THE LINE STILL HASNT BEEN PROVISIONED. What an absolute joke. If I had any control over who provides the infrastructure in my area I would certainly be moving to another provider.
