Vumatel slow to nothing

After complaining my problem was supposedly sorted. I got a green to go ahead with connection to Mweb. So I get my router on Monday from Mweb, and after setting it up, there was a red light (alarm) on the Vumatel box? This was supposed to be a 24 to 48 hour turnaround, but I am still waiting ?? Now my trial run from Mweb is finished today, so tomorrow, no emails, no internet, no flippin anything ???
