Vumatel - slow and poor service

Vumatel CONTRACTOR installed the fibre and router over 72hrs... still no password received. The vumatel number rings and places me on hold continuously - they need more staff to attend calls. It has costed me over- R130 my airtime has run out. Mweb have escalated the matter and is awaiting feedback from vumatel.
