Vumatel SLA is ... NEVER!

Incident logged Wednesday. They phone while I am undergoing an operation in hospital on Thursday and then it is MY fault that they miss their SLA. Friday they refuse to contact again ever again because I missed their one and only call during my operation. What the heck!! It is IMPOSSIBLE to get them to fix their line even if you are on your death bed!!!! I REGRET CONNECTING TO VUMATEL!!!!
