VumaTel sick service!

Took up a deal with this company and Vox Telecom to come and install fiber which is a process they say takes a max of 2 weeks and AN ENTIRE MONTH later I am still waiting. Technicians came at 16H45 and left at 17H00 without finishing with the installation and told me to be the one to call their company to configure and order a router.

I am sitting here with cables that are not working. the 2 men that came did not even introduce themselves to us for us to even grasp who their names are.

Every time I call the consultant who assisted me (Milton Msimango), he keeps assuring me that he'll call me back after "a few minutes" to investigate the matter and never does.
