Vumatel shoddy service provider

I've been complaining since the Fibre was installed & have not had a technician respond to my complaint since 04 December 2021. They keep hounding you to sign up but no service thereafter. Fibre only worked for 1 week properly, thereafter, keeps dropping. The worst service i have ever received. VODACOM is also involved, because this was contracted via VODACOM. My service complaint no is SR***. I would not recommend them to anyone.
