Vumatel Shocking Service
What a other useless company and non existent service, you cannot even compare them to a government department and that says so much. 3days without internet and still they have not attended as yet to the problem and no feedback. But pay you must pay for nothing.

08 Aug 2022, 18:35Still no feedback from this useless company, I have reported them now to ICASA & ISPA and will also get a petition signed in my complex for all 24 units that is sitting without connection going on for 4 days now and then the technical manager that has the audacity to say the technicians have spent enough time on our complex and it is not important anymore where nothing has been resolved and resigned the technicians to other sights.
