Vumatel shocking service
Shockingly bad service from vumatel. Noticed they had my address wrong. Called 5 times to correct it, the never pitch to install our viber after I had to take half day at work, so my half day was wasted. Reschedule, and AGAIN they didn't pitch without any reason as to where they were. They promise amzing service but don't deliver

20 Jun 2018, 08:35Just to follow up... Vumatel eventually showed up to install the stuff inside our house, after A LOT of phone calls. It's now been 2 day since they said they will install the splice outside my house, which they again did not show up for. So I guess it's going to cost me another month of begging them to come through to install that.
